Steve Coburn, one of California Chrome's owners was very vocal Saturday after his horse lost in his bid for the Triple Crown to well rested Tonalist at the Belmont Stakes.

Coburn's outburst was centered on how hard it was for horses like his to compete against others who were well-rested. He called for changes that basically would limit the race for the Triple Crown to only horses who'd run in the Kentucky Derby and Preakness in the weeks before.

This morning, he took it all back on "GMA". Take a look.
