Cleveland Cavaliers GM David Griffin joins Jay Mohr Sports to talk about acquiring Kevin Love from Minnesota.

Mohr: "Were you surprised that Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor took shots at your guy Kevin Love?  Does Kevin Love really have injury and defensive concerns?"

Griffin: "I can’t say I’m surprised, but I also didn’t think of it as him taking shots. I think he’s really excited about the deal they’ve made from their side. I know he wants to move forward, and I know we want to do the same.  Obviously we feel great about the acquisition of Kevin, and that’s all we really care about."

Mohr: "If you don’t win the Larry O’Brien trophy this year, will it be considered a disappointing season?"

Griffin: "No."

Mohr: "No? Even with Lebron James, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Love?..... What are you talking about? (Laughing)"

Griffin: "If we’re making really clear growth towards that (a title), we’re going to have to lose ourselves in the process of getting better. But no, I’m not going to say that’s a disappointing season depending on what happens."
