Dolphins To Donate Equipment To Miami Edison HS After Fire

An investigation underway after a football team's field house locker room is destroyed by fire.

It happened at Miami Edison High School.

The Edison Football team was headed back home from college tours when the fire started at around 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon.

According to the Sun-Sentinel, "The fire destroyed the team’s field equipment, blocking dummies, pads, sleds and down and yardage markers."

Miami Dolphins CEO Tom Garfinkel made an announcement today that the Dolphins along with Baptist Health South Florida will be donating equipment to replace what the high school lost.

So far the cause of the fire is listed as undetermined.
