A 22-year-old surfer is recovering from injuries following a shark bite in Florida.
The woman was in the waters in New Smyrna Beach on Friday when she bit on the foot by a shark. She was in water that was only chest-deep.
She said she never saw the shark coming.
The incident comes just one week after an 11-year-old boy was also bit on the foot in New Smyrna Beach.
This is the fourth shark bite in Volusia County this year.
