Marlins Park is debuting two new fan hangout areas within the arena -- Center Field Zone and SRO (Standing Room Only) Social Section.
The Miami Marlins say the new, designated areas will offer new, unique viewing experiences for fans.
According to a news release, both areas will feature standing room only viewing spaces. The Center Field Zone is a tiered viewing platform with three levels. The top level will feature a craft cocktail bar, the middle will serve as a standing view platform, and the lower level will serve as an exclusive group hospitality space, the release says.
The SRO Social Section will be located in the foul territory corner of right field. The release says the section will provide an exclusive gathering spot for SRO pass holders -- a new, low-priced ticket product (starting as low as $10 per game!) that give Marlins fans priority access to both of the new viewing locations and experiences.
The news release says that the redevelopment of Marlins Park in the two areas will provide improved sightlines for fans.
