The Miami Heat Tip-off the 2019-2020 season tonight against the Grizzlies. The Heat will be stepping on the court without Dion Waiters who was recently suspended for this game for behavior detrimental to the team. Waiters already has missed 126 of 246 games as a member of the Heat.
Despite Waiters and his drama, the Heat have plenty to be hopeful for after missing the playoffs last year. 4 time All-Star Jimmy Butler joins the team and along with Bam Adebayo, Goran Dragic, and Rookie Tyler Herro. Dragic has been devastated by injuries last year limiting him to just 36 games.
Number 2 Pick Ja Morant for the Grizzlies will be a joy for all the fans to watch but the Heat will probably like to show the rookie how the NBA works with tight defense by Jimmy Butler.
